marvellous location in the calm area, close enough to the mall and transportation and all shops. again, walking distance to a night club. fairly quiet and brand-new room with very clean bed and an electric kettle, a mini fridge bar, and air conditioner.

We had wheelchair accessible room with ice, which was important. The team provided an incredible service.

We had a perfect standard king room facing swimming pool. We greatly enjoyed that there were a wide range of facilities in the room such as: a mini bar, climate control and an individual safe. The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from a large shopping mall. This hotel was in a pretty nice area not far from the center, Ayala mall and restaurants.

Truly enjoyed Cebu, the hotel was nice to major shopping centre. The room with a view. The service was amazing as we had expected. We didn't have time and didn't try the pool, yet it was nice...

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff's attentiveness blew me away. The room was super clean, and the shower pressure was heavenly! Plus, it's just a short stroll to Ayala Mall. Can't wait to return!

Half amazing, half disappointing

The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the breakfast buffet offers an extensive selection, including everything from croissants to traditional Filipino dishes. Staff were attentive.

The check-in process was annoyingly slow with a two-hour wait for the room. The limited variety at the poolside bar detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

This hotel is perfectly situated just a short stroll from a bustling shopping center, so you can get your retail therapy fix. My spacious Standard King Room was super clean, and the pillows were a dream-literally! And don't even get me started on the breakfast buffet. The variety was very nice, with excellent coffee that fueled my adventures each day!

I loved that the room was super comfy and had a great view. The outdoor pool was a fantastic place to chill, and I enjoyed the sun loungers by the water. Just wish they had more hangers in the closet, but overall, it was a wonderful stay! 😊

While the facilities are pleasant, some issues cropped up . The breakfast setup could use more coordination. I found myself needing to ask for additional place settings when my companions arrived. For the price, I felt breakfast ought to be included, as dining options nearby are more economical. I noticed the linens and comforters had an off smell that detracted from an otherwise comfortable atmosphere, which I hope is addressed promptly.
